产品包装旨在保护产品免受不良环境的影响。该过程的自动化或人工操作方式,将依据生产需求而定。其中,最常用的包装方式为真空包装与气调包装。


Application field

食品若采用空气包装,因暴露于大气环境中,可能引发产品品质劣变。其主要影响包括大气中氧气引发的氧化反应,以及细菌、霉菌等导致的微生物污染。上述不良影响均可通过气调包装(MAP:Modified Atmosphere Packaging)予以抑制和缓解。
