冷量回收系统,高效捕集液态二氧化碳在气化过程中的冷能,将其传递给现有循环冷冻水,可以有效降低制冷机组的用电负荷,实现能源高效利用,同时降低碳排放,实现可持续发展。

EcoVAP®-C 冷量回收装置通过梅塞尔专有的CO₂蒸发器,高效捕集该冷量,传递给客户的循环冷冻水,降低制冷机组电耗。这种回收防守不会使气化器形成冰和雾,也不额外耗电和蒸汽。 EcoVAP®-C 冷量回收装置通过PLC实时监测CO₂和冷冻水的进出口的温度、流量,自动切换冷量回收装置与气化器之间的串、并联关系。在保证不间断稳定供气的情况下,可回收液态CO₂近95%的冷量。 根据各行业典型工艺特点,梅塞尔既可提供标准化的 EcoVAP®-C 系统,又可根据客户需求(如气体流量、冷量输出、温度分布、操作条件和空间等)进行个性化设计。EcoVAP®-C 冷量回收系统,通过PLC实时监测冷冻水和气体运行工况,自动控制,并自动统计节能效果。
