MESSER SHOWCASES ELCTRONIC GAS SOLUTIONS AT SEMICON CHINA

Shanghai, March 25, 2026 – Messer, the world's largest privately held specialist for industrial, medical, electronic, and specialty gases, participated in SEMICON China 2026, showcasing its electronic gas product portfolio and integrated gas supply solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.

At the exhibition, Messer presented its comprehensive capabilities in the field of electronic gases, focusing on advanced manufacturing applications. Its product portfolio covers both specialty electronic gases and bulk gases, and is widely used in sectors such as semiconductors, flat panel displays, LEDs, and photovoltaics. The company currently offers more than 60 types of high-purity and ultra-high-purity gases, meeting the gas requirements of various high-precision and high-complexity processes across the semiconductor industry value chain.

The key products presented at the exhibition include DUV laser gas mixtures for advanced lithography, CVD process gases and customized gas mixtures for thin film deposition, doping gases with high component control accuracy, and low-GWP etching gases. In addition, Messer demonstrated its expertise in rare and high-value gases (such as krypton, xenon, and neon) as well as high-purity hydrogen. All products are supported by a strict quality management system and a localized, secure supply chain, ensuring stable and reliable support for customers.

Currently, Messer has established three electronic gas production facilities and four specialty gas centers in China, forming a supply and service network covering major regions.
