New investment company in Shanghai
Messer has established a $30 million new investment company in Shanghai. Named Messer Griesheim China Investment Co Ltd, the new company will hold the shares of all of Messer Group's investments in China. The new company will serve as the China headquarters for ten subsidiaries in the country.
