Marketing Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing (Based in Wujiang & Suzhou)
 
Reports to: General Manager
 
Responsibilities:
· Develop & streamline the specialty gases(SG) product portfolio/structure and come up with SG product strategy
· Promote Messer as a reliable brand of high quality specialty gases manufacturer
· Identify & implement the strategy and requirement to pursue the development of SG.
· Identify & develop SG product and raw material supplier to reduce cost and enhance supply reliability
· Provide market input for new SG product development team
· Collect, follow, understand and maintain the understanding of SG market conditions and customer requirement
· Identify key SG customers and follow up
· Provide necessary SG marketing training to sales and business development team
· Provide market expertise in support of customer presentations
· Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
 
Qualifications:
· BS degree or above
· Minimum 3 years sales or business development experience in industrial gas or chemical related business, good understating of specialty gases business will be a plus
· Good ability of self-learning
· Ability to work as a member of a team to accomplish tasks
· Willing to travel
· Good interpersonal skills
· Good command of oral and written English
